30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact zooice-cs@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return for return instructions.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can identify your order and provide the appropriate instructions. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us for instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

One-year warranty

Our products include a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. If you experience a product fault during this period, email zooice-cs@outlook.com with your order number and a description, photos or video of the issue so we can assess it and arrange warranty support.
